What are the rental fees?

The rate for one full, 4-bedroom cottage is $1,600 plus tax per night.  The rate for one full, 8-bedroom cottage (Royal County Down) is $3,200 plus tax per night.

Director's Corner is $1,200 plus tax per night.

Lonesome Dove is $3,200 plus tax per night.  You may also rent casitas (guest suites) individually for $400 plus ta per night.  For more information on Lonesome Dove, see below.

What other expenses may we incur on our visit?

Your cottage room rate is for the use of the cottage and carts that are staged at the cottage. All food and beverage and recreational activities have a la carte pricing so that you can modify your experience to meet your expectations.

Can children stay with me at The Village?

No children under the age of 18 are permitted to stay in the cottages; however children are welcomed to play golf. A parent must accompany children under the age of 22. Children are considered to be guests of the contibutor and will be governed by all rules. Children must remain within control of their parents while on property.

Can we bring pets?

No pets of any size are permitted on property.

Can we smoke?

We are a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.

Can we hold meetings at our cottage?

The cottage dining rooms in Pine Valley and Augusta National are ideal for meeting with up to 8 people. The club will provide basic meeting supplies such as flip charts and markers, as well as a projection screen. Contibutors staying in St. Andrews or Ballybunion or a meeting consisting of more than 8 people, would have to gather for meetings on back the back patio of the clubhouse.

Can non-contibutors rent the cottages?

Unaccompanied guests may not stay overnight in the cottages and they must be accompanied by a contributor to use any of the facilities on Whispering Pines Golf Club® property.

What is Director's Corner?

The Director’s Corner is an offsite property that consists of 3 homes. Each home consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have individual beds and 1 bedroom has 2 beds. They come equipped with full kitchens and laundry facilities.

What is Lonesome Dove?

Lonesome Dove is our newest addition within the gates of Whispering Pines.  This facility consists of 8 casitas (guest suites) and 2 casas (great rooms).  Each casita consists of a bed(s) along with TV, shower, and lavatory.  These casitas surround a courtyard with a custom-made fireplace.  This facility is also equipped with a charging station for golf carts.  Each casita can accommodate 1-2 people.  Casitas 1 & 8 have one king bed.  Casitas 2, 3, 6, & 7 have two XL twin beds.  Casitas 4 & 5 have two queen beds.
